Drag Show Competition (Every Last Friday)

Every last Friday of the Month at Midnight

During four semi-finals, three guest judges will choose a winner for a month-long title of �Miss Frank�s.� That title will be held until the following competition and so on until the finals in September:

Miss Frank�s May: Compete on May 27
Miss Frank�s June: Compete on June 24
Miss Frank�s July: Compete on July 29
Miss Frank�s August: Compete on August 26
Miss Frank�s 2011: Finals on September 30

Performances will occur at midnight. However, plan to arrive at Frank�s Place no later than 10:30pm to fluff and prep. Prepare an audio CD with your music selection and be sure it works before submitting it to the DJ. LEGIBLY put your performing name on the disc and give your CD to the DJ upon arrival.

The judges will score the quality of your attire and costume, the level of your creativity, the quality of your lip syncing and your charisma. Each category is worth ten points. The highest score per performance is 30 points.

Each month�s winning participant will receive $100 cash. All contestants are eligible to enter the semi-finals more than once. However, each additional performance must be unique, including music selection, or he or she will be subject to immediate disqualification.

The final round will take place in September 2011 for the ultimate title of �Miss Frank�s 2011� and the $500 grand prize.

Kings may enter as well. The stakes are high this year, so you better bring it! Sign up at the bar in advance. A calendar will be posted. Good luck!
